Our vision is a lofty one: a model organization that builds happiness, peace, and personal and financial achievement. Our mission is entirely charitable and community serving, tending to educate and lessen the burdens of government. Our plan of operations intends to market for replication to other neighborhoods so that an important charitable endeavor can accomplish fuller success with more people and neighborhoods beyond the initial focus area. Operations continue to the present moment in limited ways including:
advertising for civic responsibility -promotion of caring and beauty. A modest but effective effort has helped maintain a small greened space at 55th and Center Street, Milwaukee, as well as promotion of community pride, environmental beauty and care. As expressed in the initial 3-year operations plan, we seek to perform vigorous marketing of the educational and motivational necessity to inspire civic capability, generative action, nonviolence and a compassionate community. This is the bedrock that defeats community deterioration. The basic operation is a consistent distribution of flyers door to door in the focus neighborhood. The right message with the right timing is essential  throughout the summer months. Accompanying the effort on the idea front are practical deeds at the grassroots that demonstrate the mission in action. In the focus neighborhood, this involves maintaining and beautifying a greened space and assuring that litter and property neglect does not become a deteriorating problem. The plan aspires to Summer time social-cultural activity in the focus neighborhood. We are confident that the merits of the operations are the means to mission accomplishment -warranting replication throughout many neighborhoods in Milwaukee beyond the small focus neighborhood. Consequently, marketing for replication is sought to be a substantial and essential operation so as to yield greater successes in building capable and compassionate individuals and neighborhoods.
